What is Dog Training Collar
Dog training collars, also known as e-collars or shock collars, are commonly used tools for a variety of dog training purposes.
Why you need it?
If you want to train your dog not to bark when guests come to your home, teach him field recall, obey commands, or more sophisticated training for hunting purposes, an e-collar can be a useful training tool.
How does it work?
The owner uses the dog training remote to control the receiver on the dog's neck so that the receiver can react to the dog and control the dog's improper behavior.Generally, the dog training mode has three modes, usually voice warning, vibration, and static shock.
For the use of the three modes, we recommend starting with the lowest warning sound. If this level does not work for your dog, you can use a stronger level mode to tame the dog.
If you can apply it well, the dog will form a conditioned reflex, knowing which behaviors are bad.
Will it hurt my puppy?

There mainly 2 reasons why your dog was hurted by dog training collar
1.The collar around the dog's neck is too tight.
It will make the metal contact of the collar contact the dog skin directly, if you use the shock mode for a long time, it definitely hurt the dog skin. The most suitable size is to keep a finger gap, not too tight or too loose.Too tight, it will hut the dog skin.Too loose it will not work on the dog.
2.You use the shock mode at the wrong level.
It is usually 0-99 level of customization for both the shock and vibration mode.
The level you choose depends on your dog's weight. If your dog is 15kg, you can choose 30 level shock mode, the duration is 1~2 seconds. But if you dog only 10kg or even below, you choose 30 level or even higher of shock mode, the duration more than 2S, your dog definitely feel uncomfortable or painful.
This pain is physically and mentally.
What do you need to know before using the dog training collar?
- Not used for training puppies younger than 6 months. Recommended for medium and large dogs above 20 lbs.
- We suggest use vibration/tone/light mode to train your dog.Shock mode should always be the last mode to use.
- Shock model usually 0-99 levels, please be very cautious if you want to test a high level. Choose the proper level of shock mode.The shock mode level is equal to your dog weight multiple 2.(The wight is kilogram)(E.g: You dog is 30kg,30kg x2=60, the shock mode level you need to choose 60)
- Only let your dog wear this collar when training, and take it off after training is finished.
- Please avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 8 hours per day, and please try to re-position the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours.

Once he started running toward my neighbor to say hello. I know that, as does he but sometimes you never know. So i had to use the shock part. "I love the collar on this device. It is of great quality and it allows room for our nearly full grown pup to keep wearing it into adulthood. ( He has a bad habit of chasing cars but we hit vibrate sensor and he stops in his tracks.) Obviously we're hoping this is a temporary solution and he'll quit on the chasing. The range of the remote is wonderful. Last collar we bought from another company wouldn't charge after 32 days.
